I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with seven years experience in private practice. I spent five years training at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, and currently continue to undergo extensive ongoing training as a member of both UKCP and BACP, the UK governing bodies for psychotherapy and counselling.

I was born in London in 1979 and came to psychotherapy by way of an interest in Eastern philosophy and contemplative practice.

I have worked in both long-term psychotherapy in my private practice and in shorter-term NHS settings, as well as for multiple addiction centers and universities in London.
